Fat is a section in food. Some foods, with most fruits and vegetables, have almost no fat. Other foods have much fat. They include nuts, oils, butter, and meats like beef.

Fat may make it sound like something you shouldn’t eat. Nevertheless fat is an important part of a well diet. And little kids, especially, want a certain quantity of fat in their diets so the head and worried practice result correctly.
